Describe it once.
Get software that ships, and stays working.

Karigor is a team of AI agents that takes an idea from someone with no technical knowledge all the way to deployed, maintained software. You give it the idea and choose a budget, once. Nobody asks you a technical question.

No API key needed with a Claude Code login. Or run fully offline with a local model.

Stage 1 is live at localhost:3300.

The steps of a real run, replayed in your browser. A real run takes hours, not seconds.

20 October 2026, a real run. “A page where my family keeps one shared shopping list” went from idea to a public vercel.app address with no one touching it.

Watch a run

An idea in, a live app out.

A real recording of Karigor’s chat page. You type the idea; it reports each step in plain words, checks the work at every stage and ends with a link to the live app.

Recorded on the free demo adapter: no model and no cost. The steps are real; the work is pretend, so it finishes in seconds instead of hours.

Why it is different

Plenty of tools write code from a prompt. Karigor runs the whole job.

MomentA prompt-to-code toolKarigor
You describe it

It starts writing code straight from your prompt.

It writes a specification first and records every assumption, so you can correct any of them in your own words.

Questions

Which framework? Which database? Where should it be hosted?

None that are technical. It decides, and shows you each decision.

Checking the work

It says it is done. You find out if that is true.

Nothing moves on an agent’s word: tests, lint, a security scan, a skeptic’s review and browser journeys at phone and desktop size must pass.

When something fails

You paste the error back in and hope.

It retries, sends the work back, sets it aside, or stops, and tells you which in plain words.

Putting it online

You get a repo. Hosting it is your job.

It releases it, checks the live app is healthy, and keeps the last good version to roll back to.

After it is live

The conversation ends there.

It watches for errors and downtime, turns your messages into fix rounds, and builds the next stage when you say so.

Cost

It keeps spending until you stop it.

You pick a budget once. A meter shows what is used, and it never overspends.

Reliability comes from process, not trust. A small, deterministic kernel runs a real software process. Agents will make mistakes; the gates stop them reaching you.

Gates

No step moves forward on an agent’s word.

Three gates stand between your idea and a live app. Each one needs evidence: some run the real thing, others are judged by a reviewer and a skeptic who must cite proof. Pick a gate to see what it checks.

  1. youAn ideaOne sentence, in your own words. Nobody asks you a technical question.
  2. product owner · architectSpec & designWho uses it and what each may do. Every assumption recorded.
  3. no evidence → retry
  4. planner · developerBuildSmall pieces, one commit each, in a real git repo.
  5. a failure → the ladder
  6. unhealthy → not promoted
  7. liveYour appA real address you can share.

Then it keeps working. App errors, downtime, vulnerable libraries and your feedback become fixes, and every fix goes back through the same gates.

Proven runs on every piece of the build, not once at the end.

  • tests-passmechanicalThe project’s real tests run green.
  • lint-cleanmechanicalThe code passes the linter.
  • build-succeedsmechanicalThe production build completes.
  • security-scan-cleanmechanicalNo leaked secrets, no vulnerable libraries.
  • diff-matches-specjudgedThe change does what its piece and the spec say.
  • skeptic-reviewjudgedA skeptic, who can only object, finds nothing blocking.
  • journeys-passmechanicalEach kind of user’s main jobs work in a browser, on phone and desktop.

When it fails, the ladder

  1. Retrywith the objection quoted
  2. Send back or shrinkthe piece
  3. Parkit and revert it
  4. Stopand say why

Parked work is reverted, so it never ships, and the rest of the build carries on. On a real run the reviewer caught a loan that could never end, and the skeptic caught a removed neighbour who could rejoin.

Needs you

Five moments need you. Everything else is done for you.

Karigor never asks a technical question. These are the only times it waits for you, and each one is asked in plain words.

Karigor · Shop counterNeeds your call

How much should I spend? You choose once; a running meter shows what has been used.

  • FreeA local model for everything. Costs nothing; slower, and more work gets parked.
  • CheapThe cheapest cloud model for everything. Good for small, simple ideas.
  • BestThe strongest model for decisions and reviews, the cheap one for routine work.

If money runs short it uses a cheaper model first, then sets optional work aside, then stops. It never overspends.

Cost

Cost is a gate, not a surprise.

Every step has a zero-dollar path. Karigor estimates three tiers before it starts and you pick one, exactly once. A running meter shows what has been used, and karigor cost tells you at any time.

If the budget runs short, Karigor downgrades the model first, then parks optional work, then stops. Fix rounds after release have their own slice.

What gets built

A real web app, on a stack you could hire for.

Every web app starts with tested sign-in for many people, roles and permissions, an activity log and a UI kit of sidebars, tables, charts and dialogs. Tests, lint, build and journeys pass before the first feature is written.

Bigger ideas are split into stages. Stage 1 is the smallest version someone can use end to end; karigor grow builds each next stage on top of what is live.

Ready-made

40 ideas already written out. Start from one.

Common needs in Bangladesh, each written the way Karigor works best: every kind of person, what each may and may not do, taka, and bKash, Nagad or cash. Pick one, then say in your own words what is different for you.

Each is modelled on a well-known open-source app; no code is taken from it. In the chat UI they are under Or start from a ready-made idea.

Ready-made · shop-counterFor a grocery or stationery shop

A shop counter for my small grocery. I, the owner, add products with their prices in taka and how many are in stock. My two salesmen ring up sales on their phones: they pick products, the total adds up, and the customer pays by cash, bKash or Nagad (for bKash and Nagad they type the transaction ID). Each sale lowers the stock, and cancelling a sale puts the stock back. Salesmen cannot change prices or see the takings. I see each day’s sales and takings by payment method, and a list of products running low.
